Many people, I am one of them, feel overwhelmed by the depth and complexity of our environmental problems. But we are all consumers and can make our voices heard by the choices we make when we shop.
Local food, Fair Trade and buying organic are just three of the options that can make a difference. Here are just a few examples of companies and lables to look for:
